Rental Price does not include the tourist tax of 13.5%. This is an extra charge. We allow a minimum rental period of 4 nights - but periods of less than 6 nights attract a cleaning charge of $65. Cleaning before you arrive and after you depart is included for all rentals of 6 nights or more.
Refundable Security Deposit of $170.00 to be held against breakage/damage will be required 60 days in advance of your arrival date. This will be returned after your stay,and in the event of cancellation will be returned in full. Flexible arrival and departure dates can be accommodated.
50% Payment of the Rental amount in full is required at the time of booking.

General Tax tourist tax of 13.5% We can take payment by Paypal or by American check/British cheque. We can also take payment by wire transfer or by Bank transfer in UK. A standard Rental Agreement is required for insurance purposes. We allow flexible check in and check out times subject to no other guests being booked in on changeover day. The legal jargon:- There is a security deposit of $170 to be applied to the reasonable cleaning and/or replacement of property/furnishings/fixtures/fittings/breakages. The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure from the condo. There is a standard Rental Agreement to be signed for insurance purposes - but the company do provide better cover. We can take payment by Paypal. Bank transfer in British Pounds. We can also take payment via Paypal in British pounds, although we would have to impose a small charge for this (imposed by PayPal). If you use your credit card, PayPal will charge you extra. Cancellation policy - if you cancel your booking we will retain 50% of the amount, but any cancellations within 8 weeks of your due date of arrival at the condo would not be refundable. We recommend travel insurance. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made as agreed.
