How far is Legacy Dunes Resort from Walt Disney World? We are located in Kissimmee, just 5 miles from the Disney World entrance. Depending on traffic, you can usually be at the parks in about 10–15 minutes. Our location just off Hwy 192 makes it easy to come back for a "mid-day reset" and return to the parks for evening fireworks.

What accessibility features do your condos offer? Our 4-bedroom condo (Unit 13-102) is located on the ground floor with step-free access from the parking lot. It features a walk-in shower and has a designated disabled parking space located very close to the front door. Our 2-bedroom condo also offers comfort and convenience for families and is also located on the ground floor with step free access.

Is parking free at the resort? Yes! Unlike many hotels in the Orlando area, parking at Legacy Dunes is free for our guests. The resort is a gated community, providing peace of mind and easy access to your vehicle.  There is free parking for 2 cars.

What resort amenities are included in my stay? Guests have full access to all Legacy Dunes amenities, including:

  • One tropical solar heated swimming pools with a beach-style walk-in and fountains.

  • One unheated pool with a lovely sunbathing area  (plenty warm enough in summer)

  • A clubhouse with a gym, fitness center, and games room.

  • Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.

  • A children’s playground and scenic walking trails around the lake.

Our condos are located within the gated Legacy Dunes Resort at 3200 Legacy Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747.

The Best Route (Via I-4 West)

Most guests find this the simplest route from Orlando International Airport (MCO):

  1. Exit MCO following signs for North Exit / FL-528 West (The Beachline).

  2. Merge onto I-4 West toward Tampa.

  3. Take Exit 64 for US-192 West (Kissimmee).

  4. Stay on US-192 West for approximately 6 miles.

The Final Approach (Watch for the Landmarks!)

As you drive along US-192 West, keep a lookout for these two specific markers to ensure you never miss the turn:

  • Marker 1 (The Warning): You will see the traffic lights at Lindfields Blvd on your left. This is your signal that you are almost home!

  • Marker 2 (The Turning): After the Lindfields lights, the very next left turn is Legacy Blvd.

  • The Landmark: You will see the RaceTrac gas station right on the corner of this turn. Note that there are no traffic lights at the Legacy Blvd turn, so keep your speed moderate once you pass Lindfields.

The RaceTrac at our entrance is not just a landmark; it is consistently one of the cheapest places to fill up the car in the Disney area. It’s also open 24/7—perfect for grabbing a late-night snack or cold drink when you arrive.
