From the zero-entry tropical pool at the Clubhouse to the quieter unheated pool near the basketball courts (perfect for a peaceful morning swim!), there is a spot for everyone.

The Personal Touch While Legacy Dunes is a large community, we pride ourselves on being hands-on owners. We personally oversee the details of our condos, from ensuring the walk-in shower is perfect for guests with mobility needs to sharing our favorite local 'hacks' like the nearby RaceTrac for the best value fuel.

🏠 The 4-Bedroom Ground Floor (Building 13-102)

• Available: April 15, 2026 – January 3, 2027

• The Highlight: This is our most accessible home, featuring step-free access and a walk-in shower. Located on the "quiet side" of the resort near the unheated pool, it’s a favorite for those who want peace and convenience.

🏠 The 2-Bedroom Retreat

• Available: April 23 – July 27, 2026 (and fully available from August 29 onwards).

• The Highlight: A perfect "home base" with fast Wi-Fi and a full kitchen, ideal for digital nomads or smaller families looking for a mid-term stay.
